Create an account with your preferred email that will be linked to an Authenticator App of your choice.
--> LINK AN AUTHENTICATOR APP

To provide you an additional layer of security when signing in, we use a 2-Step Verification. Signing into your account will require both your password and a verification code.
--> ONCE VALIDATED, CREATE YOUR PROFILE
Once our Validation Board confirms that you are a Web3 or Emerging Tech expert, or a senior executive woman or a non-binary individual, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will be able to create your profile and start building your circle of trust.
Registration Process
We value your security and have chosen TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) to ensure security for our members and experts. If you are a user creating an account, please see the 'Set up TOTP' instructions. If you are a user that wants to log in, please see the 'Confirm TOTP' instructions.
--> SET UP TOTP:
1. Download and install an authenticator app on your mobile device: There are several TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy).
2. In the authenticator app, tap on the option to "Add account" or "Scan QR code".
3. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code shown in the Circle of Trust web app.
4. Once scanned, the authenticator app will generate a one-time password that you can use for logging in.
5.Enter the one-time password into the Circle of Trust web app.
6. Click or tap on "Confirm" to complete the setup process.
We recommend creating your account on your laptop and then authenticating via your mobile device and using the QR code.
--> CONFIRM TOTP:
1. Open the authenticator app on your device (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).
2. Look for the current TOTP code for the account starting with "AWSCognito". This code will usually be displayed as a six-digit number that changes every 30 seconds.
3. Enter the current TOTP code into the input field on the Confirm TOTP screen in the Circle of Trust web app.
4. Make sure the code you entered is correct before proceeding. If you're not sure, you can try entering the code again or requesting a new code from your authenticator app.
5. Once you've entered the correct code, click or tap the "Confirm" button.
6. Click or tap on "Confirm" to complete the setup process.
Security
To use Circle of Trust, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and you are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You are also responsible for keeping your password confidential.
