Circle of Trust by Evenness (“Circle of Trust”) is an immersive app for learning where users can buy, sell and exchange goods and services, participate in virtual meetings and learning events, and develop social connections. We collect and process your personal data only to provide you with the services you request, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations. To use Circle of Trust, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and you are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You are also responsible for keeping your password confidential.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Circle of Trust, but you grant us, Evenness, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing services and improving Circle of Trust.

You may not submit or post any content that violates these Terms, the law, or the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

You may not use Circle of Trust to engage in any illegal activities or activities that violate these Terms, the law, or the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.

Circle of Trust and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Evenness or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use Circle of Trust or its content for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Circle of Trust may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Circle of Trust. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We trust our members (“Users”), our inner circle of trust, that they act with integrity and with risk-prevention at all times.

Circle of Trust is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that Circle of Trust will be access-free, error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we make any representations regarding the use or results of Circle of Trust in terms of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Evenness and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Circle of Trust or any information, products, or services obtained through Circle of Trust.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evenness and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of Circle of Trust or your violation of these Terms.

Evenness reserves the right to modify these Terms for Circle of Trust at any time without notice. Your continued use of Circle of Trust following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Circle of Trust shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Evenness is registered.

By participating in our events, you agree that we may take photographs or videos of you and your avatar for promotional or educational purposes. We own all rights to these materials and you cannot reproduce or distribute them without our written consent. Notify us before the event if you do not want to be photographed, but we cannot guarantee that you will not be. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of these materials by third parties and you will hold us harmless for any such misuse.
